1. Purpose of Policy

In shared or multi-tenant hosting environments, high resource usage by one client can negatively impact server performance for others. This policy defines reasonable limits on system resources to prevent abuse and guarantee service stability for all users on lcshost.com.

2. Resource Allocation and Unmetered Services

Where services are listed as "unmetered" or "unlimited" (e.g., bandwidth or disk space), these terms apply to standard, legitimate website operation only. Resources are not intended to be used for bulk archiving, file storage, or high-throughput distribution hubs.

• CPU & Memory Usage: Individual hosting accounts must not consistently consume an excessive percentage of system resources (e.g., continuous CPU utilization over 25% for sustained periods).
• Database Limits: Excessive query loops or unoptimized database operations that degrade server response times are prohibited.
• Disk Storage: Disk space must be utilized solely for active web files, scripts, images, and emails relevant to your hosted website. Personal file backups, media streaming repositories, or ISO stores are not permitted on standard shared web hosting plans.

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect system integrity, the following activities are strictly forbidden on all Lcshost Technologies services:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or operating open mail relays.
• Running cryptocurrency mining applications or background bots that consume excessive CPU power.
• Hosting, linking to, or distributing illegal, pirated, or copyright-infringing content.
• Hosting malicious scripts, phishing sites, malware, or participating in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Running proxy scripts, public file-sharing services, or torrent trackers.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Lcshost Technologies automatically monitors infrastructure performance and resource utilization across our network. If an account consistently exceeds standard baseline usage or threatens server stability, we reserve the right to take corrective action, which may include:

1. Issuing a warning requesting optimization or upgrade to a dedicated/VPS environment.
2. Temporarily throttling resource allocation to stabilize the server.
3. Suspending or terminating accounts in severe cases involving malicious intent or persistent policy breaches.

5. Modifications to This Policy

Lcshost Technologies reserves the right to amend this Fair Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on lcshost.com. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
